Anna is an experienced designer of learning interventions and specialist in talent, leadership, organisation development and engagement; helping public and private sector clients enhance their business performance.
Anna builds connections quickly with people from all different organisational levels and diverse cultures; demonstrating empathy, curiosity and a desire to help people achieve their potential.
Anna is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and has a Masters from Cambridge University, Queens’ College, in History.
Anna is an Appreciative Inquiry practitioner and accredited in various psychometric and team profiling tools linked to maximising human performance through diversity and inclusion.
Anna also has extensive expertise in designing workshops, programmes and conferences; for groups from 6 to 300.
Anna assists organisations, and teams, in diagnosing their existing culture, and shaping their vision and values to bring meaning for employees.
Anna has over 20 years’ experience of working in blue-chip organisations across a range of sectors including energy, retail and finance. Her early career was as an HR Generalist at BP, before taking on a succession of senior high profile roles at Kingfisher Group, Lloyds Banking Group and Shop Direct.
In these positions she has designed and implemented cross-group Learning and Organisational Development Strategies which have involved extensive international work; consulting and facilitating programmes in China, Taiwan, Russia, Turkey, France, Italy, Greece and Poland. Clients have included City & Guilds, National Nuclear Laboratory, John Lewis Partnership and Co-op.
Anna works closely with Management Boards, her enthusiasm is matched by her commercial approach and ability to create innovative and practical solutions to business issues.
